But many parents and caregivers lack the resources and the right questions to engage with their kids. In this 60-minute workshop, we'll explore practical tools designed to empower children to develop a positive relationship their bodies.

Join us for "Raising Body-Confident Children", a one hour free workshop designed to equip parents with practical tools to support the self-esteem and body image of the young people in their lives. Led by Kat Geiger, a therapist and certified eating disorder specialist, this workshop provides a safe, supportive environment to explore:

  • How to talk your kids about their bodies
  • How to talk to your kids about food
  • How to instill body confidence at a young age
