Because there are many variables that can impact the costs of services, our staff will verify the network status and benefit level of your insurance carrier and plan. This allows you to be informed of any out-of-pocket costs you might incur while receiving services from Thrive.

Eating disorder day treatment and perinatal mental health program:
For those who are not in network with Thrive, we are happy to explore and advocate for a single case agreement (SCA) for your treatment experience.
A SCA is essentially a negotiated contract between an insurance company and an out-of-network provider or practice. The overarching goal is to secure sufficient coverage for the client to receive the treatment or care needed for a designated amount of time at an agreed upon rate.
Outpatient services:
For those who are not in-network with Thrive, we offer the option for you to private pay at the time of service. If you choose to pursue reimbursement on your own or submit these costs toward your out-of-network benefits, Thrive can provide you with the appropriate documentation to do so.
Depending upon financial need, sliding scale payment and payment plans may be available to those who qualify.
